Preparation and sending of documents by a foreign citizen to receive a study invitation
To receive a study invitation the following documents are to be sent to the university by post, by fax or by e-mail before July 5 of the current year:

  • filled in questionnaire;
  • a copy of the document on education indicating the subjects studied and the marks (points) obtained on them at the exams with a notarized translation;
  • a copy of birth certificate with a notarized translation;
  • a copy of foreign passport

The copies of documents must be verified by the notary.

Before arrival in Belarus

After receiving a study invitation at the Belarusian Embassy in the applicant's home country, a foreign citizen is to inform the Department of International and Project Activities about the applicant's expected date of arrival in the Republic of Belarus:

Admission of citizens from Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan

Citizens of Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan are given an opportunity to  apply not only same as the citizens of the Republic of Belarus (according to the results of tests), but also according to the terms provided for foreign citizens and stateless people.
