Documents for enrollment for foreign citizens and stateless persons, entering the University for getting advanced higher education:
Documents in a foreign language, if they are legalized and have apostille, are accompanied by a notarized translation into one of the state languages of the Republic of Belarus.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons, entering the University according to the international treaties of RB, from study grants, or entering the university for studying educational program of the master part-time on a paid basis may submit original documents to the admission Comission on arrival in RB before the school year.
Document submission – from June 27, 2023 to July 05, 2023 Entrance examinations – July 06, 2023 to July 12, 2023 Enrollment is carried out until July 17, 2023.
Documents of foreign citizens can be accepted at terms other than described above.
Institution of Education “Baranovichi State University” (the Republic of Belarus) informs that due to the current global epidemic situation caused by the spread of the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and the impossibility of timely arrival of foreign citizens to the place of their studies in the Republic of Belarus, the educational process for students of the second stage of higher education is organized using information-and-communication technologies.
The arrival of the students in the Republic of Belarus is planned after an improvement in the epidemic situation and restoration of regular flights.

The study of the discipline “Russian as a Foreign Language” is mandatory for foreign students in the amount of at least 368 hours (9 cr.un.).
3. THE QUALITY OF MASTER’S TRAINING IS PROVIDED BY:

The university departments have rich experience in training specialists in economics and pedagogy. During the period of training in economic specialities, more than 1,500 specialists have graduated from the university, with pedagogical qualifications - more than 10,000 specialists.

The academic disciplines are provided with modern educational, scientific, other literature, electronic educational and methodological complexes, educational and methodological documentation, educational and methodological, information and analytical materials, a permanent subscription to scientific and methodological journals in the specialty profile. The educational process and scientific activities of the University are supported by 49 licensed information software products. Each master’s student is provided an access to the library collections, electronic learning tools, electronic information resources (local access, remote access to the National Library and the Presidential Library of the Republic of Belarus) in all academic disciplines.
The scientific and methodological support is focused on the use of innovative educational technologies, a competency-based approach (creative and interactive learning, variable models of independent work, modular and rating systems of education, test and other systems for assessing the level of competencies, etc.) in the educational process.
3.6 The developed scientific and innovative infrastructure in the field of economics, IT, management, engineering and technology.
The University has 8 research laboratories, the Centre for the Development of Youth Initiatives, the Centre for Ideas and Practices for Sustainable Development, the Belarusian-Chinese Research Centre, the Confucius Classroom, the Innovation Workshop, etc. The University is the Entrepreneurship Support Centre (certificate of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus No. 185 dated 15.09.2021).
There is the Technology Transfer Centre at the University (certificate of the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus No. 35 dated 01/08/2020).
3.7 A network of partner organization for practical trainings (practice) for the formation of specialized and advanced professional competencies.
There are 3 branches of the departments at the leading enterprises in Baranavichy for the practical training of master’s students of economic profile, organization of their effective research work.
There are 16 branches of the departments at the best educational institutions for the practical training of master’s students of pedagogical profile.
3.8. The scientific and innovative experience and achievements in research activity in the field of economics.
BarSU is accredited as scientific organization by the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, as evidenced by the certificate of accreditation of scientific organization dated 03.10.2022 No.164.
The teaching staff, postgraduates and students of the University completed 874 publications (in 2020 – 869, in 2019 – 916, in 2018 – 882), including 11 monographs, 92 scientific articles, published in the publications of the Higher Attestation Commission, 10 publications included in the abstract database of Scopus and Web of Science.
The university teachers are actively engaged in research activity, have scientific publications of economic and pedagogical directions related to the content of educational programs.
The University publishes the scientific and practical journal “BarSU Vestnik” in 4 series (included in the list of Higher Attestation Commission (HAC), in the e-Library database), and also the electronic scientific journal “Scientific Trends” (included in the e-Library database).
3.9. Effective international cooperation
Currently, there are 180 agreements on educational, research and cultural cooperation between the University and organizations of the Russian federation, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, Slovakia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, India, Czech Republic, Latvia, Tajikistan, Moldova, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cambodia and China (21 countries).
The University is included in the list of full members of the Silkroad Agricultural Education and Research Innovation Alliance.
The University is a participant of international Silkroad programs.
3.10. The integrated system of competence diagnostic tools
Master students undergo procedures of intermediate and final knowledge control for each academic discipline.
For master students’ attestation for compliance of their personal achievements with the step-by-step or final requirements of the master’s degree educational program, funds of evaluation tools are used, including standard tasks, open-type tasks, communicative type tasks, control and laboratory works, tests, complex qualification tasks, abstracts, methodical developments, essays, portfolios and etc.
The requirements for the structure, content and the volume of a master’s thesis are prescribed on the basis of the educational standard and Rules for conducting attestation while mastering the content of educational programs of higher education.
The research part is at least 50 per cent of the thesis volume.
The quality of training of specialists prepared by the University is proved by the high satisfaction with the quality of education of graduates and employers and 100% demand for graduates.
